Welcome To Our Blog!

         Welcome to OasisMusic! This is our first post with the blog so we're going to give all of you an idea as to what will be posted in the coming weeks. We'll be doing things such as ranking our top 5 albums of the year so far, reviewing new albums of the week. and looking back on old songs that we love. We have set up social media accounts to post things that we can't on this website. For example, On twitter we will do more thread based content based around what we're feeling is important for listeners at that moment. On instagram we'll be doing more content based around photos and video clips of things such as "colors" performances and "tiny desk" concerts. We will even be taking a look at music video visuals, or clips from concerts and live happenings. 

            This will also be an interactive experience for all of you to share with us! We will be doing weekly polls where you guys can vote on many different things. These things include which new album of the week you thought was best, comparing two artists discography, and many more. We will also be doing reply driven post! Every week we may ask a question such as "If you would want an artist to feature on a Drake song, who would it be?" This puts the power in your hands! As your answers will be featured on our social medias. This will give us an idea on what you like and what you want to see. So anything you do helps us out!

            We really want to get an idea of what you want out of our page. So if there is anything you guys would like to see, anything you'd like to do, make some suggestions! We're open to feedback and we will try new things as we're still figuring it out. So for this week, we'd like to just hear from all of you. Tell us where you're from and about your music tastes. What albums are you listening to? What new projects from 2022 do you think have had an impact on you and how would you rank them? We would love to see how you guys are shaping your libraries this year. Feel free to even link your playlist or music pages for us to check out so we can continue to add to ours.
